OnWiFi offers an automated marketing platform designed to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth by leveraging free WiFi networks. We strive to provide a quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

OnWiFi is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OnWiFi, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms. 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, unless otherwise provided by law.
